To guarantee the safety of the passengers, the Embarcación Yo te Espero has:

  • Boat insurance.
  • Passenger insurance.
  • Qualified crew.
  • Salvage and safety materials and equipment.

o te Espero fishing and boat trips has all the necessary and obligatory insurance to guarantee the safety of its passengers. The crew is qualified to provide the service. In addition, the service includes a drink on board, a seat on board the boat, access to the toilet. Food is not included, but it is allowed to bring it from outside.

Excursions are conditioned by weather conditions, these should be favourable to guarantee the safety of the passengers. Yo te Espero boat reserves the right to cancel the trip if the weather conditions are unfavourable.

As for the cetaceans spotting, there is a high probability of whale and dolphins sighting however is not guarantee, they are wild animals in their natural habitat.

Swimming in the sea depends on the weather conditions. The captain will authorize if the external conditions allow it.

The access to private areas of the boat is forbidden.

Reservation for private departures:

  • The reservation will be confirmed when the company receives the payment of the deposit (50% of the total amount).
  • Cancellation due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: The reimbursement of the full payment will be done only if the cancellation is 48 hours before the date of departure booked. After 48 hours, is not possible to make the reimbursement of the deposit.
  • Cancellation due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: the company will reimburse the payment done.
  • Any delay at the departure due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: The schedule booked will not be change been the delayed time discounted from the sailing time.

Open departures:

  • Cancellation due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: Is not possible to return the money back. If the customer wants to and if there is availability it’s possible to reschedule for another trip during the same day.
  • Cancellation due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: the company will reimburse the payment done.
  • Any delay at the departure due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: Is not possible to return the money back. If the customer wants to and if there is availability it’s possible to reschedule for another trip during the same day.
  • Delays due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: In case of a delay longer than 30 minutes in the departure time the customer can cancel the ticket and ask for the full reimbursement.
